Dizziness is clinically known as vertigo. It ranks as the top 3 reasons for a patient to visit an emergency room, internal medicine practice or primary care office.

50% of these patients will not receive treatment and only 20% of population seek care.

Wrong positioning of upper neck spinal vertebrae can cause symptoms such as imbalance and dizziness (known as cervicogenic vertigo). This increase the risk for falls especially elderly.

Chiropractic adjustment and neck traction are clinically indicated to assist the management of cervicogenic vertigo.
